3. Brand Story & Guest Experience

• We’ll craft your brand language and story.

• Name suggestions, positioning, design moodboards, visual identity.

• We’ll map out the entire guest journey arrival, first 5 mins, meals, rooms, activities, feedback.

4. Team Structure & Hiring

• Who should be your first hire? What SOPs are needed from Day 1?

• I’ll help draft job roles, hiring formats, and onboarding strategies.

• We’ll build a financial sheet together realistic costs, breakeven timelines, pricing suggestions.
