I’ll share proven layout strategies: how to place rooms, common spaces, views, parking, signage.
From Fika to Mudhouse to Karyashaala, I’ll bring real examples of what worked (and what didn’t).
3. Brand Story & Guest Experience
We’ll craft your brand language and story.
Name suggestions, positioning, design moodboards, visual identity.
We’ll map out the entire guest journey arrival, first 5 mins, meals, rooms, activities, feedback.
4. Team Structure & Hiring
Who should be your first hire? What SOPs are needed from Day 1?
I’ll help draft job roles, hiring formats, and onboarding strategies.
5. Revenue Model & Pricing
We’ll build a financial sheet together realistic costs, breakeven timelines, pricing suggestions.
I’ll show you how to turn slow seasons into revenue opportunities.
